What is the best way to use Air-Lift™ for sleep?
For best results, we recommend the following routine about 30 minutes before bedtime:

The traction function feels painful. Is that normal?
This can happen for two reasons:
Body compatibility: Some body types may find traction uncomfortable, and that’s okay. You’re not required to use this function.
