Refund policy

Refund, Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy (SLENVI)

1) 30-Night Risk-Free Guarantee

SLENVI offers a 30-night risk-free guarantee starting from the date your order is delivered.
If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.


2) Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

  • You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@slenvi.com with your order number.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.


3) General Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, refund, or replacement request, all of the following must be met:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery (defective/incorrect items follow Section 5)

  • You must provide your order number (proof of purchase)

  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued by SLENVI before you ship any return

  • The product must be returned with all included components/accessories

  • The item must be returned in secure packaging (original packaging recommended, if available)

Returns shipped without an approved RA may be delayed or refused.


4) How to Request a Return (Process)

To initiate a request, email support@slenvi.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you need help with

  • A brief reason (optional)

Response time: We typically respond within 2 business days with next steps (including an RA if needed).


5) Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photo/video evidence.

After review, we will offer one of the following resolutions, depending on the situation:

  • Free replacement shipment, or

  • Refund, or

  • Store credit (if applicable)


6) Change of Mind / Preference Returns

If you changed your mind or the product is not a fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind requests, SLENVI may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Partial refund or discount (case-by-case)

  • Store credit (if applicable)

  • Standard return (Option C): Return the item at your expense after receiving an RA and the correct return address, for a refund to the original payment method after inspection.

Important: You may always choose Standard Return (Option C).


7) Return Shipping, Tracking & Return Address

  • For Standard Return (Option C), customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping method.

  • SLENVI is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Return addresses may be located outside your country (including Korea or other logistics centers), depending on the fulfillment source. The correct address will be provided only after an RA is issued.

  • If the return is due to SLENVI’s error (defective/incorrect item), we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the case.


8) Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return (when a return is required).

  • We will notify you by email of approval or denial

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


9) Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are non-refundable


10) Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Returns missing key components required for normal use


11) Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges for preference changes.
However, for defective/damaged/incorrect items, we provide replacements as described in Section 5.


12) Abuse Prevention & Return Condition Adjustments

To protect all customers and prevent fraud, SLENVI reserves the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund if:

  • The return is sent without an approved RA

  • The product is returned missing parts/components, or shows clear misuse

  • The return shows severe physical damage not caused by SLENVI

  • We detect an unusual pattern of excessive returns associated with the same customer/account/address

If a partial refund is issued, it may reflect missing components or severe damage.


13) Chargebacks & Disputes

If something isn’t right, please contact us first at support@slenvi.com.
We typically respond within 2 business days and will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.


14) Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or payment processing requirements.
The latest version will always be posted on our website.
